Cross country skiing is a whole of simple and effective movements, being
connected with a rhythm allowing an easy moving on varied grounds.
In group or alone, you will appreciate it for his authenticity, the
beauty of the gesture, the framework, space.
For a faster progression and consequently, an increased pleasure, we
propose to you to acquire his technique by appropriate lessons
for each level.

Christmas and new year Period :
9.30 to 11.45 am (intermediate and experts)
2 to 4.30 pm (beginners)
January :
on Sunday 2.00 to 4.30 and then 9.30 to 11.45 am for all levels
February school holidays :
10.00 to 12.15 am (intermediate and experts)
3.00 to 5.15 pm (beginners)
March :
on Sunday 2.30 to 5.00 pm and then 9.30 am to 12.00
Easter holidays :
9.30 to 12 am for all levels

according to snow conditions.

- Classified site of "Sixt fer à Cheval", ideal for the ballades in
traditional technique (technical traditional).
- Valley of Samoëns with Morillon with its broad punts parts. Ideal
ground for the initiation and the practice of the step of skater.

The snow shoes
On snowshoes you have an unspoiled experience away from the marked pistes in countryside that is still wild.
The arrival of snowshoes has coincided with the recent popularity of free riding. Snowshoeing can be done either on or off marked trails, but it generally takes place in powder snow among fabulous scenery. This discipline is accessible to anyone but you do need to be reasonably fit and it is better not to start with climbs that are too difficult and you should go out with a guide that know the area to start with.
